Greg’ torrefie lui-même chaque grain de café jusqu’à les moudre à l’huile de coude Franz épluche une à une chaque pomme de terre qu’il cultive lui-même à la main, sans oublier sa sauce maison artisanale ! "Un accueil hors norme, une ambiance formidable, des patrons complices et une cuisine si délicieuse... qu'on a même pas eu le temps de photographier les frites maisons, qu'elles sont parties si vite (pas faute d'avoir voulu dégainer vite, ça se voit sur la qualité photo) ! Alors oui, on parle de frites, mais c'est sans compter leurs plats qui vous calent !"
